It would have been better if they could deliver the car at the same time the finance went through. My car came in to Berry Heathrow on 15th May and I was only notified on 18th May. But only received my car on 27th May.

Initially there was no courtesy car. Managed to arrange one after my request to contact mini emergency services. I have been billed for the courtesy car after 6pm when my car wasn't returned until 7! Mini support has approved refund but no contact

It took a while to diagnose and resolve the problem with the car. We had to go and speak to the service manager and dealer principle to get the matter resolved. We don't feel that we should have needed to do this because of the car's history.
